«Amer is above all a story about the two of us: Amélie and Éric. A nod to our first names, but also to a flavour we like to work with in the kitchen, the one that gives character and reveals other tastes. Amer is our identity and our way of cooking: simple, direct and instinctive.

We started by cooking in people's homes. These early experiences taught us the importance of sharing and sincerity in every dish. With Amer, we're continuing this adventure with the same passion: instinctive cooking, straightforward flavours and the simple desire to please those who come to see us.»
